Ball Top: 5mm.
Bar Length: Choose between 5/16" (8mm), 3/8" (10mm). The standard length for belly/navel piercings is 3/8" (10mm).

Always be gentle with your barbell when you are twisting on the balls, so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening them. If you continue twisting the balls past the point where they reach a soft, natural stopping place at the end of their threading, you will most likely dislodge them and damage your jewelry.
